Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Store Manager for M&S Simply Food at Pease Pottage Services near Crawley. You will lead a high-volume retail unit, drive sales against budgets, and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage a team, coach staff, and optimise operations while maintaining strong brand standards. The role offers progression into site leadership and a structured development path within a dynamic, customer-focused business.

40hrs per week - £35,000 to £37,500
