A rare opportunity exists for an outstanding Store Manager to join our store in Bicester (OUTLET UK).

Job Description

The Store Manager will support in leading the Zimmermann team to success, embodying the brand's values of optimism, creativity, and sophistication. The role requires providing leadership and setting a standard that inspires team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction by every team member
• Achieve high standards of client service, brand knowledge, and product knowledge
• Focus on performance and results based on KPIs
• Promote an enjoyable, passionate, focused, and disciplined working environment
• Manage recruitment effectively in-store
• Oversee stocktake processes, ensuring organization and adherence to procedures
• Check timesheets are completed accurately
• Ensure merchandising, window displays, and team presentation meet standards

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge

• Leadership experience in a similar role; knowledge of the Bicester area is a plus
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Passion for fashion retail and the Zimmermann brand
• Strong communication skills, positive interaction with team and clients
