The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with daily operations, aims to achieve sales targets, and exemplifies excellent customer service. They also assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and creating a memorable customer experience to drive revenue.

Main responsibilities include:

• Supporting sales and visual merchandising
• Team support and development (training, coaching)
• Back office tasks (reporting, planning, sales culture, stock management, inventory, loss prevention)
