Store Manager - London Gatwick Airport (Full-time) - New Store Opening!

Location: Gatwick South Terminal, Horley, GB

Salary & Benefits: Highly competitive salary, monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets achieved (potential of 20% if stretch targets achieved), generous employee discount, annual jewellery uniform allowance, and other benefits.

The Role

We seek a proactive, results-driven store manager for our new store. You will lead retail operations, inspire a high-performing team, and provide world-class service. Please note that airport store hours include late nights and early mornings, to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

1. Support and motivate the team to achieve and surpass KPIs, exemplifying exemplary Pandora customer service.
2. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate staff, and ensure back-of-house activities support store success.
3. Undergo thorough training on Pandora’s luxury products and develop your team to unlock their full potential.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a capable leader and passionate team player, experienced in retail sales and customer service, preferably with a background in luxury or consumer products. Experience with a leading brand is desirable.
