Superdrug Stores in Luton is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at 18 Gipsy Lane Retail Park. This full-time role offers 39 hours per week and a salary up to £41,000 per annum, with flexible shift patterns discussed at interview.

You’ll drive outstanding customer service, oversee store operations, merchandising, budgets and stock control, and create exciting in-store promotions to maximise performance, while guiding the team to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
