Crew Clothing Rushden Lakes is seeking a Store Manager - Full Time to lead a team, drive sales and KPI performance, and uphold exceptional visual merchandising across the store. You will recruit, train and motivate staff, monitor standards, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience while managing payroll and budgets within the brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LFL growth of sales and KPI performance in store.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Follow instructions from senior members of the retail team.
• Develop and appraise the team using KPIs and performance management.
• Ensure brand integrity and uniform standards are upheld.
• Control payroll and store expenditures within budget.
• Train and induct staff to deliver excellent customer service.
