Job summary

Crew Clothing Maidstone is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Maidstone store in a full-time role. You will be accountable for driving sales, KPIs, and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising while developing the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring brand integrity, and manage payroll and store budgets to deliver consistent results in a premium fashion environment.
