Cash Shop Ltd. is looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our UK stores. This hands-on role focuses on the day-to-day operations, team development and delivering the friendly, fair service we are known for.

You will drive sales, manage performance, maintain store standards and ensure compliance with policies, while building strong relationships with customers and working closely with the Area Manager and Head Office.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience supervising or managing a team, preferably in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills and approachable manner.
• Ability to make decisions and handle situations promptly.
• Excellent organizational skills and workload management.
• Genuine interest in delivering great customer service.
