Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure customers have a positive, memorable shopping experience with expert advice.
• Oversee stock levels, conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout through visual merchandising.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Continuously train staff on product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
