Evans Cycles in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering the best possible cycling experience for every customer.

You'll combine retail leadership with a passion for cycling, coaching staff on product knowledge, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth store operations including stock, cash handling, and compliance. This role offers opportunities to grow within a dynamic cycling retailer.

Competenze

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience (cycling or sporting goods experience is a bonus).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Sales-driven, with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for cycling products is highly desirable.
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer-literate and confident with administrative tasks.
