Qualifications

Previous retail store management experience.

Responsibilities

People Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales and customer service.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure high-quality product presentation and store layout.
Staffing and Training: Recruit, train, and retain Skechers store team to meet goals.
Retail Operations: Oversee stock management, scheduling, opening/closing, and day-to-day tasks.
