We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Skechers store in the Grand Arcade, Cambridge. As one of more than 90 Skechers stores across the UK, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile location and lead a team in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong store performanceAs a Store Manager at Skechers, you’ll lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain top-tier visual merchandising standards. Your leadership and organisational skills will drive retail operations, create an inviting store environment, and ensure a seamless inventory management process. You’ll play a pivotal role in achieving store objectives, developing employees, and upholding the Skechers brand values.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Previous experience in a Store Manager or similar position within a retail environmentExcellent Leadership and communication skillsProblem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise in-storeHighly organised to manage inventory, staff scheduling, and other operational tasksThe ability to lead and motivate a team of employeesSales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targetsAble to create a positive, collaborative team environment that fosters teamwork and employee moraleWHAT YOU WILL DO:People Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales, enhance customer service, and foster growth.Visual Merchandising: Act as a product expert and ensure your team delivers an exceptional customer experience through high-quality product presentation and store layout.Staffing and Training: Manage the recruitment, training, and retention of Skechers store team to ensure the team is prepared to meet company goals.Retail Operations: Oversee store systems, including stock management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day operations to drive profitability.
