Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Store Manager for our Higher Broughton supermarket. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive availability, reduce waste and shrink, and ensure the store runs safely and efficiently.

You’ll coach your team, set standards, and deliver strong customer service while maintaining open, respectful communication on the shop floor. You’ll also translate strategic plans into action, prioritise tasks, manage ER cases, and stay compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or Duty Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong operational knowledge across food and non-food departments.
• Proven track record of improving availability, reducing waste and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.
• Experience handling complex ER cases and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning strategy and execution of day-to-day operations across departments.
• Maximise product availability and minimise waste and shrink.
• Coach and develop the store team to sustain high standards and customer service.
