Sainsbury's is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a Convenience Store team with accountability for customer service, sales and operations. You’ll plan shifts, manage trading activity and ensure safety, legality and excellent store standards every day.

You’ll use data and insight to improve performance, coach frontline managers, handle employee relations with care, and drive a culture of service excellence that puts customers at the heart of everything we do.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a fast-paced operation delivering service, sales and team performance.
• Ability to use data and insight to inform planning and improve customer experience.
• Experience navigating employee relations and applying HR policies with consistency and care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure safety, legality and standards.
• Lead shifts through Customer and Trading Managers and plan upcoming trading activity.
• Drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure timely, profitable store performance.
