You will build and coach high-performing teams, set clear priorities, and use data to improve service, profit and omnichannel capability while delivering an exceptional customer journey.

This role offers breadth across store operations and people leadership in a fast-evolving retail environment.

• Confident across all areas of store performance: commercial, visual, operations and people.
• Clear and direct communicator with the ability to make tough calls and bring others along.
• Strong planning, performance management and resilience; balance big picture with detail.
• Skilled in using digital tools, data and systems to drive faster, better decisions.
• Builds partnerships across teams to deliver transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store driving performance to deliver against P&L.
• Set the strategy and direction for the store and hold colleagues to account.
• Own the change agenda with transformation initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching and talent development.
• Use data and insight to unlock opportunities, boosting profit and efficiency.
• Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability across platforms.
• Be the voice of your store and ensure follow-through on improvements.
• Create an exceptional customer journey through standards and visual merchandising.
