Angling Direct in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager for our Wroxham store to lead a team and deliver exceptional service and expert advice to customers.

You will own day-to-day operations, develop strategies to drive sales, maintain store standards, and work with central teams to achieve goals. Passion for angling and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

• Retail experience with proven success in leading and motivating teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate anglers with solid fishing product knowledge.
• Ability to manage and measure work effectively.
• Team players motivated to meet targets.
• Conflict management confidence.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer engagement, optimise store traffic, and maximise profitability.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective training, motivation and mentoring of staff.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and maintaining store standards.
• Oversee store administration, including health and safety compliance, banking and policies; maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager and marketing to achieve overall business goals.
