National Retailer is seeking a forward-thinking Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead and develop a busy store team on the shop floor. You will drive sales, enhance the customer experience and manage daily operations to hit KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading and developing a big team in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
• Experience in food, discount or high volume retail - essential.
• Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-centric manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to work on the shop-floor alongside your colleagues.

• Recruit, train and develop the store team.
• Create an environment where every member of your team can do their best work.
• Effectively delegate workload and motivate your team to achieve your store’s key performance indicators.
• Ensure and provide excellent Customer Service throughout your store.
• Monitor, manage and improve key performance indicators throughout your store.
