Heron Foods Limited in Trevethin, Pontypool is seeking a Store Manager to lead and energise a busy discount store. You will drive sales, coach your team, and ensure outstanding store presentation, stock control, and customer service in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
• Passion for retail, customer service and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve sales targets.
• Providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing store environment.
• Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.
