Job summary

The Perfume Shop is seeking a Store Manager in the Preston area to drive store performance, coach a diverse team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, manage daily operations, and ensure targets are met with strong attention to stock and security processes.

Contracted hours are 37.5 per week with a permanent contract and a base pay of £32,013, plus KPI bonus, commission at Christmas, and various staff benefits. Progression opportunities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store or similar retail team.
• Coaching and developing staff to meet targets.
• Strong customer service mindset with sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to achieve daily, weekly and yearly targets.
• Open and close the store in line with security procedures.
• Prepare and issue staff rotas and manage stock to minimise loss.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team through coaching.
