Job summary

The Perfume Shop in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to take accountability for a busy store. You will lead a diverse team, drive sales, coach staff, manage rotas, control stock, and ensure first-class customer service while meeting daily, weekly and annual targets.

This permanent role offers a base salary of £32,974 per year, 37.5 hours, 30 days holiday pro rata, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and coaching staff.
• Ability to review store performance and implement action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse store team to achieve daily, weekly and annual targets.
• Plan and issue store rotas and ensure adherence to opening/closing procedures.
• Oversee stock control and minimise loss through proactive measures.
• Recruit and develop talent to build a high-performing team.
• Drive KPI performance across sales, service, profit and loss.
