Job summary

The Perfume Shop is seeking a Store Manager to drive the store’s performance, lead a diverse team and uphold exceptional customer service standards. You will be accountable for daily operations, sales targets and staff development.

This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a focus on coaching, security compliance and stock management to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store or team in a fast paced environment.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to coach staff.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, sales, and store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to meet daily, weekly and yearly targets and coach the team.
• Open/close the store per security procedures and manage cash handling.
• Plan and issue staff rotas to cover all shifts.
• Oversee stock control and loss prevention measures.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and performance reviews with 1:1s.
