New Look in Scunthorpe is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, deliver great results, and drive a customer-obsessed shopping experience in a high street store.

You will be fully accountable for store performance, working with your Territory Leader to identify opportunities affecting KPIs, customer service, and team development, while delivering memorable service and a fun, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous store/deputy management experience.
• Proven track record of leading a team.
• Identify yourself as a New Look brand admirer.
• History of delivering and exceeding KPIs.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management, stock control and replenishment.
