Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will prioritise customers, colleagues and the local community while driving sales and store performance.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will recruit, train and develop your team, create a positive work culture, and ensure high standards of service and operations across the store.

• Strong listening and communication skills.
