Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our home store teams across community-based shops, driving sales through physical and digital channels and upholding the BHF values.

This hands-on, fast-paced role involves managing collections, deliveries and donations, supporting an inclusive team, and delivering high standards to help fund life‑saving research.

Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota is expected as stores trade seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role in retail, hospitality or service industry.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Committed to achieving the highest retail standards at all times.
• Able to work under own initiative and take a proactive approach to changing business needs and objectives.
• Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of budgets and P&L.
