Aldi UK is seeking a Store Manager to run a multi-million pound store and lead a team to achieve outstanding results. You’ll balance deliveries, orders, and scheduling to hit efficiency targets while driving customer service excellence.

You’ll be responsible for people management, performance, and daily store operations, including dealing with customer queries and till checks, all while maximising sales and minimising costs. A strong, motivated leader is essential.

Qualificações

• An experienced people-manager.
• Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment.
• Skilled in time management, cost control and boosting operational efficiency.
• Motivated to consistently achieve targets.
