Argos Store Manager – Inside Sainsbury’s in Rustington, Littlehampton, is seeking an experienced leader to run a fast-paced Argos store within a Sainsbury’s location. You’ll create and lead a high-performing team, drive performance and customer experience end-to-end.

With total accountability for the store, you’ll shape plans, develop colleagues and navigate a dynamic retail environment, staying customer-focused and commercially aware.
