Job summary

Domino's is seeking a proactive Manager in Training to prepare for a leadership role in one of our stores. You’ll learn to manage operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional service, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be supported to develop the skills needed to run a store confidently and effectively, lead by example, and motivate your team to maintain high standards and quick, friendly service for every customer.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in leading or managing people.
• Motivational and confident in coaching others.
• Able to work at pace and adapt to changing demands.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
