Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is recruiting a Store Manager for a high-traffic lifestyle retailer in Stockport. You will lead a hands-on team to deliver exceptional customer service and strong commercial results, taking ownership of day-to-day operations.

The role offers £33,000 plus bonus, 28 days’ annual leave, staff discount, pension, EAP and clear career development within a growing brand. You will manage stock, merchandising, KPIs and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or senior retail leader.
• Hands-on leadership in fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong people management with coaching skills.
