Our Client

Our client is a leading Hospitality Retailer with an instantly recognizable brand. They operate stores across the UK and, due to planned expansion, now require several new hires to support the next phase of their growth.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a large, fast-paced, high-volume hospitality site.
• Lead and oversee a large team of colleagues and shift managers.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and exceptional service standards at all times.
• Maintain efficient site operations, including standards, staffing, and commercial KPIs.

The Person

• Ideally, come from a fast-paced hospitality or QFS/QSR background; candidates from high-volume retail backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing medium to large teams.
• Highly organized with strong operational compliance skills.
• Commercially aware with understanding of P&L.
• Passionate about customer service, with clear examples of putting customers at the heart of your work.

The Package

Up to £32,000 basic salary plus an exceptional package and development opportunities.
