Business Development

  • Stay updated on industry news and company policies
Talent Management
  • Build talent pipelines and select top candidates
  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching
  • Develop talent and create growth plans
Visual Merchandising & Merchandising
  • Implement visual and product presentation directives
  • Coordinate with creative teams for special events
Security
  • Ensure security protocols and staff training
  • Maintain security systems and incident readiness
