OKA is seeking a Store Manager for its Guildford flagship store on a 12-month FTC. Based in Tunsgate Quarter, you will lead daily store operations, guarantee exceptional customer service and merchandising standards, and drive sales performance. The role requires energetic leadership and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

You will oversee staff development, motivate the team, and nurture the OKA brand across the store, ensuring financial targets and customer experience are top priority.

Store Manager - Guildford (12 Month FTC)

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Store Manager (12 month FTC) to support our Retail Team, based at our flagship store in Guildford, Surrey.

Situated between the bustling high street and historic castle, our OKA store is nestled in the Tunsgate Quarter amongst a host of other luxury retailers. The large store showcases our complete (and extensive) collection across 11,000 sq ft with a garden area that displays our outdoor range.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager the Store Manager is responsible for the Management and overall running of one of our beautiful OKA retail stores. You will lead in the organisation and execution of the general daily activities of the store, ensuring the team delivers the highest possible standards of customer service and visual merchandising - both face to face and via phone - in the most efficient and effective manner. You will be responsible for learning and development of retail staff members and responsible for motivating and leading the whole sales team to exceed the Sales and Profit & Loss targets.
