Crew Clothing Chichester is seeking a Store Manager for a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). You will lead store performance, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and uphold premium visual merchandising standards to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will drive sales and KPI growth, manage payroll and budgets, and ensure consistent brand representation through staff conduct and service. A strong customer focus and leadership experience in fashion retail are essential.

Responsabilités

• Delivering like-for-like growth of sales and KPI performance in-store.
• Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards and stock availability.
• Following reasonable instructions from senior retail team members.
• Developing, reviewing and appraising your team against KPIs; managing underperformance.
• Ensuring brand integrity through appropriate behaviours and uniform standards.
• Controlling payroll and store expenditures within budget.
• Training and inducting staff to deliver excellent customer service.
