Crew Clothing Company in Cheltenham is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team and drive sales, KPI performance and exceptional customer service. You will recruit, develop and motivate staff while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising across the store.

This full‑time role requires a hands‑on leader with a passion for premium fashion, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail management and leading a team.
• Strong visual merchandising skills.
• Customer service oriented and KPI driven.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering LFL growth of sales and KPI performance.
• Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards and stock availability.
• Complying with reasonable instructions from senior members of the retail team.
• Developing, reviewing and appraising your team based on KPIs.
• Ensuring integrity of the brand and uniform standards.
• Controlling payroll and store expenditures within budget.
• Training and inducting staff to deliver excellent customer service.
