Job Type: Full-Time Hours / Permanent

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Store Manager to join the Greggs family, lead our fantastic team, and serve up smiles (and sausage rolls!). As our Store Manager, you’ll take charge of your Greggs store, balancing operational efficiency with a people-first approach. From handling busy periods to developing creative strategies that drive sales, you’ll ensure the store runs smoothly and successfully.

1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly from opening to closing, including product availability.
2. Maintain and monitor store cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
3. Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, reduce waste, and ensure equipment is operational and well-maintained.
4. Lead and motivate your team to embrace EG on the Move’s vision and values by conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement and career growth.
5. Maintain Greggs' brand integrity by ensuring the store is visually appealing, well-maintained, and aligned with brand guidelines.
6. Represent Greggs in the community and foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment to ensure customer excellence.
