Domino’s is hiring a Store Manager to lead a busy UK store, overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll inspire and develop your team while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You’ll manage inventory, control costs, and support local marketing and community engagement.

Competenze

• Proven experience in management, ideally in food, retail, or QSR environments.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Results-driven with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK/Ireland.
