Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Newry region. You will travel between stores within a one-hour radius of your base store, supporting operations and growing into a permanent location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management preferred
• Strong leadership to motivate teams
• Passion for customer service and sales
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel across stores within the area; UK driving licence required (vehicle preferred)
• Full training provided for piercing services (optional)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise performance.

• Ensure operational excellence including audits, budgets and stock management.
