Poundland is hiring a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and deliver outstanding store standards and service. You will be responsible for overall store performance, sales, targets, and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll develop colleagues, manage stock and customer experience, and uphold store policies while building a strong, positive team culture geared to success.
