Morrisons Daily is seeking an entrepreneurial Convenience Store Manager to lead one of our busy local stores. You’ll run your store like your own business, serving the community, developing your team, and driving performance.

You’ll thrive with a hands-on leadership style, coach and motivate staff, while delivering a high-quality customer experience and maintaining store standards in line with health, safety, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, convenience, or hospitality is helpful, but leadership capability is prioritised.
• Willingness to coach, inspire, and develop team members.
• Comfort working on the shop floor to hit daily targets.
