Job summary

Morrisons Daily is seeking a Store Manager who will run the convenience store like their own business, delivering exceptional customer service and strong commercial results. You will lead a team, recruit and develop colleagues, maintain standards, and champion local community involvement.

The role requires flexibility across early mornings, late nights and weekends, with a focus on safe, compliant operations and a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments (retail, convenience or hospitality) is beneficial.

We are looking for a dedicated 'shopkeeper' to lead one of our busy stores. Your mission will be to serve your customers, support your colleagues, and champion your local community, ensuring the store is the best place to work and shop.
