Job summary

BP Greggs Store Manager at Severn View Services, near Bristol, is responsible for leading the forecourt and WHSmith unit, delivering memorable guest experiences and driving performance across multiple brands.

You will coach a high‑volume team, manage budgets, uphold brand standards, and create a culture where colleagues feel valued and motivated to grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

BP Greggs Store Manager - Lead the UK's Rest Stop Revolution

40hrs per week - £32,850 per annum

Severn View Services, M48, Junction 1, Bristol BS35 4BH

As Store Manager, you’ll know it’s about putting people first. You’ll turn every visit into a standout experience, running your store like it’s yours and building the winning culture we’re aiming for. At BP, you’ll lead the charge, getting your team fired up to deliver a memorable service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience. This role will also entail running the WHSmith unit.
