Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for Barnstaple Retail Park to lead the store and deliver exceptional customer experience. You’ll own sales performance, profitability, and the coaching of a motivated team while maintaining Costa’s standards across the store.

This permanent role offers a clear path to store growth, recognition, and a supportive work culture. The successful candidate will drive service excellence and local community engagement day to day.
