Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for Avonmeads Retail Park in Bristol. You’ll lead daily store operations, drive sales, mentor your team and uphold Costa’s standards of service and quality in a fast-paced, customer‑centric environment.

In this perm role you’ll own outcomes, welcome new customers and build a strong local presence. Benefits include a Coca-Cola share scheme, 50% staff discount, a matched pension and incentive bonuses up to £10,000.
