Key Responsibilities
  • Be a role model - motivate and engage your team to embody the brand values daily, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere and celebrating success.
  • Take ownership of all sales and profit results, driving cost management across all aspects outlined on the P&L reporting, including payroll, sales, and KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating role model behaviors for your team.
  • Communicate efficiently both on the floor and behind the scenes, developing and maintaining relationships across the business, with customers, and community partners.
  • Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Ensure policies, standards, and procedures related to security, people, health & safety, and stock management are communicated, understood, and implemented.
  • Identify innovative methods to boost customer loyalty and promote the brand locally within the community.
  • Partner with the wider business to ensure prompt stock placement and the smooth running of the store.
  • Manage change within the store and engage your team to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Management experience in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment.
  • Strong sales background with proven ability to set and meet KPIs.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in POS systems.
  • Experience in budget management, including payroll and expenses.
  • Exceptional customer service and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing others.
  • Awareness of market trends in retail.
