Position Details

Multi-Store Manager - Cotswolds - Full Time

37.5 hours per week

This is a multi-store management position across Crew Clothing, Ben Sherman, and Salt Rock (3 stores).

Purpose of the Role

You will be responsible for driving consistent improvement in store sales, KPIs, and other success metrics. You will recruit, motivate, and develop the team, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and create a delightful shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LFL growth in sales and KPI performance
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and effective use of space and stock
• Follow instructions from senior retail team members
• Develop and appraise team performance, managing poor performers
• Maintain brand integrity through team behavior and uniform standards
• Control payroll and store expenditures within budget
• Train and induct team members to deliver excellent customer service
