Job summary

The Perfume Shop is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service and lead a diverse team to achieve targets. You will role-model engagement, coaching and strategic thinking to optimise store performance and store security procedures.

Contracted hours are 37.5 per week on a permanent basis, with a base pay aligned to market rates. Staff development and KPI bonuses feature as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an assistant/store manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop staff.
• Excellent customer service and ability to coach team to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet daily, weekly and yearly targets.
• Open and close store with proper security procedures.
• Prepare and issue store rotas and manage stock inventory to minimise loss.
• Monitor store performance and implement action plans.

As a Store Manager, your role is critical in the operational running and success of your store. You will lead by example, being responsible for motivating and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

Contracted Hours: 37.5
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: £32,974.00 per annum

With a Talent, Passion and Spark, you will:

• Have a passion for all things selling and customers; leading by example, providing fantastic service to all your customers, and coaching your team to do the same
• Be responsible for delivering the stores daily, weekly and yearly targets, and ensuring your team know what they need to do each shift to deliver whats required
• Review store performance and action plans feeding back any challenges
• Utilising your key holders, ensure your store is opened and closed at the correct times, adhering to all security procedures
• Prepare and issue store rotas
• Be responsible for the stock inventory, ensuring actions are implemented to minimise stock loss
• Be passionate about coaching and mentoring staff; setting them up for success by conducting regular 1:1s, monitoring performance, and recognising achievements
• You look for talent, passion, and spark when recruiting for your store, recognising that a great team are key to store performance
