What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Engagement
  • Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
  • Develop your team’s product knowledge and selling culture to drive high performance
Business Client Development
  • Maximise the potential of all product categories through brand storytelling, delivering the brand image proposition to enhance the customer journey
  • Understand the local market and competitor activity to become the voice of the store
  • Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
Operations
  • Manage store staffing hours, review effectiveness, and make recommendations to regional management to optimise coverage, productivity, and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and onboard a high-performing team
  • Analyse data, utilise reports, and collaborate with senior management to optimise performance and take corrective actions
  • Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities while controlling costs and shrinkage through effective decision-making
