Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Swindon. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining store merchandising standards, handling customer service issues, and ensuring the store meets sales targets.
