Your responsibilities will include organizing and working with your team to achieve targets, motivating colleagues, and serving customers to ensure they get the right products for their needs, while keeping promotions up to date and stock levels optimal.

About you...

We are looking for someone who is (or has been) an experienced store manager within a retail environment. A proactive, can-do spirit is essential in retail and is non-negotiable for us! We want candidates who understand the financial aspects of the business — previous KPI experience and working towards targets are a must. Additionally, we seek individuals who know how to recruit great team members — you can spot potential and work with individuals to develop their talents.
