Location: Seaham, DurhamContract: Fixed-Term (until February 2026 – potential to be extend further)Hours: Full-time, including weekendsSalary: £32,395.50 per annumStep into leadership with one of the UK’s most respected luxury retail brands. We are seeking a confident, experienced, and commercially minded Store Manager to lead the team in Seaham. • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including administration and banking
• Lead and motivate the team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complex queries with professionalism
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Ensure all visual merchandising and product presentation meets brand guidelines
• Liaise regularly with HR, senior leadership, and other departments
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a retail environment (essential)
• Strong knowledge or experience within luxury or premium retail (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead a team to success through KPIs and sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong sense of style, service, and attention to detail.
• Experience in homeware or cookware retail is a bonus.
