Crew Clothing Store in the UK seeks a Store Manager to drive sales and KPI performance, recruit and develop a team, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards. You will create a shopping experience that delights customers while upholding brand values and budgetary discipline.
You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure consistent service excellence across the store, with a focus on premium fashion retail and a customer-centric culture.
